Purpose: To be borrowed by Michigan libraries for use in creating instant exhibits and programs on preservation for library patrons and/or groups

Contents: Video, manuals, posters, books, bibliographies, and handouts. The 15 laminated posters are approx. 26″Hx22″W.

Loan and interloan option arranged for by the Michigan Alliance for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage

Housed in LM’s Rare Reference collection. Circulation and upkeep can be monitored and maintained in this way. Any Michigan library may borrow a kit through the Interlibrary Loan system.

Co-op directors are encouraged to let their library directors know of the opportunity to borrow these preservation awareness kits.
